Shirini Keshmeshi - Persian Raisin Cookies

Delicious and authentic. We are not aware of any other bakery in the United States that offers these classic Persian cookies, made from scratch. We use unsweetened Persian raisins in this recipe, flown in from Iran. Chewy, hearty, delicious cookies. No sugar added, no sugar alcohols, sweetened only with Splenda!

We make our Shirini Keshmeshi, also called Persian cookies, with whole wheat flour. Authentic Aashpazi Irani.
