Ghottab

Delicious and authentic, Ghottab (or Qottab) is a sugared Persian pastry filled with crushed walnuts and almonds, and essenced with cardamom and cinnamon. We are not aware of any other bakery in the United States that offers Ghottab made from scratch. Ghottab is traditionally deep fried. Our Ghottab is baked. Authentic Aashpazi Irani.
