Baslogh is a delicious and popular bite-size Persian sweet that originated in the city of Mragheh. It is traditionally prepared with coconut and walnuts, which envelope a starch center. The confection characteristically features a soft, pillowy yet firm gelatin-like texture. One of our favorites!
